MC Curry Mee @ Glenmarie, Shah Alam

A popular Curry Mee at Glenmarie, Shah Alam with an "ang mo" operator by the name of Mcculloch specially for you to eat. Actually not 100% angmo, the story is that the Grandfather was a Scottish married a local Chinese and somehow along the way we have him to serve us good Malaysian Curry mee...
The curry gravy was thick topped with Taupok & poached chicken meat. The taste was good and tasty. If you have not eaten this before then you should give it a try.
It was after a cycling event at Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam and a friend suggested to have lunch at MC Curry Noodles and it was an awesome lunch indeed.

Selangor Bicycle Lanes in the Making

Y.B. Elizabeth Wong getting ready to be flagged off.
A group of enthusiastic cyclists gathered at PJ Civic Centre for the event.
Photographers from the local media.
It was a beautiful Sunday morning and the traffic was ideal for cycling.
A stop for interviews & refreshment.
While others having fun trying out a new sport.
A mini workshop with an actual puncture by Akmal.
A brief & understanding of the bicycle lane project.
Time for some kopi tiam savouries.
Using pedestrian crossing seems to be part of  safety cycling in Klang Valley. It could be strenuous carrying the bicycle up & down the stair.
The ride was short and good with the participation of State Exco member and Town Planners from the Local Authority Council. Thumb up to the organising team.
This plan has started, slow in the progress but at least there is a plan and hopefully it will materialised in total in the near future.

Restoran Loong Kee Bak Kut Teh 龍記瓦煲肉骨茶

Loong Kee previously operates at Jalan Welfare, Sungai Buloh New Village, now he has moved to a new place with a new business dimension. I am sure his regular customers would continue to patronise his food. All the best to Loong Kee Bak Kut Teh.
This is a typical KL Bak Kut Teh with a good typical good taste. The soup is not too plain nor too thick like coffee and yet the taste and aroma is strong enough and satisfying.
To me this industrial park where the shop is located is more "Kota Damansara" than "Sungai Buloh" as it's closer to Kota Damansara. Sungai Buloh Industrial Park has been a favourite eating paradise with several makan outlets specially for breakfast & lunch. If you are looking for food to eat in this area then this Bak Kut Teh might be a good choice.
