People from a distance away as far as Petaling Jaya would take the trouble to travel to Ampang town for a savoury of its famous Yong Tau Foo and what is so special about this YTF. My previous posting of Foong Foong can be viewed here where a group of cyclists rode there for the food.. |
Awesome Sui Kow with super crispy fried skin with its delicious hot ingredients in the inside. |
Customs started to pour in even the food wasn't ready to be served. |
This system has been in used over the years even before the use of wifi or PDA to communicate between your order and the kitchen. |
The amount of helpers to prepare the food is quite substantiate.
Even young kids are seen helping out (wondering whether these kids were working part time).
