Dessert the Hong Kong Way


Like they say a trip to Hong Kong is not complete without tasting their desserts and sweet soups after dinner.
Our first exploration for desserts was at Central, Hong Kong Island, we tried these at a shop called "Chung Kee Dessert" :-
Sesame seed paste.
Cold Tau fu fah with sesame seed paste ; Yin Yan look.
Rich walnut dew.
Mango with Japanese 'sago'
mango with jelly cube
to flavour with milk & mango syrup.

We also tried it here on the third night at Hui Lau Shah Healthy Dessert at Mongkok for Bird Nest & payaya sweet soup.
