A morning drive from Johor Baru to Muar using the trunk road was sort of a nostalgia drive for me. 
I stopped at a town called Air Hitam located at an outstanding cross junction road and a town popular for their ceramic products. A Bak Kut Teh stall caught my desire to sample the Bak Kut Teh of Air Hitam especially after last night session of booze with Teow Keat. 
Something soupy would be ideal and the BKT passed my standard. What a satisfying RM6.00 breakfast. 
The soup has a good with right flavour of herbs and the pork was perfectly cooked. 
This happened at this corner shop (nearest to the traffic light) Kedai Makanan New Mui Thye.
