Braised Pork Trotters in Sweet Dark Vinegar Sauce - a popular dish among the customers.

Deep fried fish with brinjal topping.

Stir fried Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage).

Stir fried tapioca leaves.

And a slice of papaya to complete the meal.

    cant really see the fish topped by the brinjals.
    are they in fillets? or a whole fish?
    i like Hakka dishes, notably those with yams, or vinegar pig's trotters.
