Taiwanese Tea Room @ One Utama, Petaling Jaya

Xian Ding Wei is a Taiwanese food outlet, a place if you want to have an experience of some Taiwanese food.

Here in One Utama just opposite “Cravings” is where this outlet is situated.

Décor at the outlet is very nice and pleasant. It is bright and conducive.

Fried beef noodle (RM14.90) which came with small pieces of beef in tiny quantity, what a stingy food outlet!!!

Similarly for the seafood fried beehoon (RM14.90) was a disaster. It was oily and the seafood ingredient was a great disappointment and not fresh at all.

I like this Herbal pork spare rib soup (RM10.90). It has a strong herbal flavour and tasty.

The Outlet Manager recommended us a common bite, Taiwanese sausage (RM6.90) which is nothing special at all. You could easily get it from most supermarkets in town.
The Taiwanese sauces here are all very oily I guess that is Taiwan's style.

Mixed fruit tea (RM5.90) was absolutely a nice drink. I had it warm.

Dragon fruit juice (RM5.90) a colourful & striking purple drink for Jo.
Overall the dishes are oily and below par especially the fried noodles. I would not want to try their fried noodle again if ask to eat there again. The only good thing about this place is the décor and the lovely beverage.
