Deep fried seafood tofu was delicious.
I like the Fish Stomach fried with dry shrimps, it went very well with the whiskies. Something likes fried “Sang Cheong” (fallopian tube delicacy) but I guess it’s less cholesterol deadly.

This is the highlight of the night, the best and of course the most expensive on the table. It’s only RM308 for half a fish weighing 1.0 kg. This is my time tasting such an expensive fresh fish but it was really really delicious. Oh! This fish is called Kelah.
Even the scale is edible crunchy and soft, it was fun eating fish scales for the first time.

This was a disappointment! RM70.00 for this “Kam Heong fried Lim Yee” fish head. It was salty and hardly felt the taste of a good “Lim Yee”. Even the look of the dish isn't appealing at all.
Another salty fried seafood noodle, what's happening to the Chef.....

If you notice at the aquariums the word “Empurau” or in Chinese “Wong Pu Liao” apparently, this is the most expensive fish among all fresh water fishes it is around RM1, 000.00 per kg. They do not call this fish the King of Fresh water fish for nothing. If you have the extra dough then go try it, meanwhile I will start saving for “Empurau”…..
