Happy Father's Day @ Pangkor Fish Head Curry, Petaling Jaya

In the name of Father’s day a dinner has to be organized and we had it at Pangkor Fish Head Curry. I was gamed for it I never heard of this place before and off we went to Taman Megah on the eve of Father’s Day for a new experience.

The shop is situated opposite of Fatty Crab at Taman Megah, good crowd in deed but not as mad as Fatty Crab. We have a quorum of 13 people just nice for a big table. The food was delicious and everyone seemed to enjoy it. There were no disappointment of waiting or bad services whatsoever on the eve of Father’s Day. A day I always fear to eat out and go back home with full of frustration during a “what and what” day. Anyway like I said this was a good outing.

Assam Fish Head Curry the highlight of the dinner.

In Kuala Lumpur we often eat lot of garlic and small powerful chili padi. And a plate of Seafood Tofu.

Deep fried Squid and Paku vegetable (a kind of green fern) stir fried with belacan.

Stir fried French beans and Deer meat fried with ginger.

Kam Heong Lala & Special Tofu

Honey Chicken & Mantis Prawn deep fried with salted egg.

I brought our home made Tong Sui to this restaurant it was prepared by my wonderful mum. She woke up at 5am in the morning to prepare this gorgeous Tong Sui. My relatives in Petaling Jaya enjoyed the dessert. I was pleased to see and bring back the empty pot home.

Tong Sui - Totally sold out!!!

The 13 participants of this father's Day Dinner.

Thanks to Pangkor Fish Curry for allowing us to eat outside food at the place and allowing us to use their bowls & spoons.

Happy Father’s Day. I wish to thanks all the all mums at the dinner for treating 4 Fathers a fabulous dinner.
