Cheow Sang Bak Kut Teh @ SS2/10 Petaling Jaya

These two rows of shop houses at this vicinity have become a glutton haunt and this Bak Kut Teh shop, Restoran Cheow Sang is a worthy joint to visit.

I love this version of Bak Kut Teh it is of a lighter and clearer soup, it is something in between the Singapore Bak Kut Teh (very plain with lots of pepper) and the stronger Klang Bak Kut Teh.

Besides the BKT the Braised Fish head with fermented soy bean and chili was a fantastic dish. I like it.

The Tau Pok & Yeaw Char Kuay are common side orders for a Bak Kut Teh feast.
