The 3rd of the 3 Tai Chow Stalls @ Perusuhaan Ringan, Setapak

It looks like Richard San and Wong Kok Leong were saying prayer before their meal. Alright boys, thanks for everything and you can start your dinner.
This is the 3rd stall of the Three found along this small road of Jalan Perusahaan Ringan, Setapak. This one is just opposite the other 2 stalls and also with no name or sign board.

This is the first time I seen a deep fried MaYeaw Yee being sliced up this way. It was crispy and went very well with Highland Park Whiskey.

This mixed veggies popularly known as the Heavenly Kings but something was missing in this dish….. the wonderful and powerful Petai is not there. But it was certainly well fried and tasty.

I like this La La soup with ginger even though the Lala were of small shells.
Marmite pork ribs were thinly sliced (easy to bite) and delicious.

Steamed Garopa fish prepared in Teochew style. It was everyone favourite of the night.

Fried Mantis prawn was a bit too dry which was meant to go with our whiskey drinking.

Stir fried vegetable.

My pervious blogs of this Tai Chow :-
1. the 1st Stall and the majority of us voted as the best among the 3 stalls and
2. the 2nd Stall (or the middle stall).

  2. Hi Sheron, I don't really know how much ginger to put it. I guess maybe an average bud and finely shredded.
