Restoran Shanky @ SS2 Petaling Jaya for Tai Chow

Well, this is another great “Tai Chow” in Klang Valley. This is particularly at SS2 area commonly known as “Chow YANG” TERRITORY but now has been popularised by a mamak and is aka Kayu Nasi Kandar's Territory of late!!


This is a simple bitter gourd fried with pork ribs and it's delicious. The slices of bitter gourd were thick and crunchy. I guess bitter gourd should be served this way ….in thick slices….

This is the signature dish curry fish head and it is special, I like it with their fresh pineapple in it. What a fantastic curry fish head @ Shanky Restaurant

Stir fried KaiLan veggie with roast pork...

The final dish was a superb dish of deep fried belly pork with some kind of caramel coating and cashew nuts. A good choice for beer and stout concoction….

The pricing is reasonable and definitely worth a visit.
