Popular Tilapia Magic @ Kg. Desa Aman

Well, it’s time for me to pay my pilgrimage to Ah Soon Restaurant for a special Tilapia treat but this time I brought along a Swiss friend by the name of Francois Gaille to this wonderful Chinese New Village in Klang Valley.

This is their must try dish - Steamed Tilapia done in an unique tray and only found at this place @ Kg. Desa Aman.

Francois loves this curry wild boar which I guess he can not get such spicy meat in Geneva.

Stir fried lotus root with pepper, celery, carrot, lotus seed, ginkyo nuts, finely stripes of cuttlefish and white fungus were delicious and crunchy… Another popular dish here.

The stir fried tapioca leaves was lovely they were young and fresh.

Roasted pig to go with the beer.
