Fresh Seafood @ Pulau Ketam Teow Chew Restaurant

This is a new branch of Pulau Ketam Teow Chew Restaurant at Kepong where the main outlet is located at Sungai Buloh New Village see here. The main branch only serves during the day time.

The characteristic of this restaurant, de charcoal boat.....Lily Lim the lady boss of this restaurant was very friendly and serves us the following dishes.
Loong Tan fish noodle in plain soup. The noodle is fat and springy.

Another bowl of Fish maw with home made fish balls, springy and fresh.

Fish cake was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside.

Juicy and gorgeous steamed prawns and it had to be fresh in order to be cooked this way.

You have 3 sauces to pick for the variety of food on the table.

Steamed (Loong Tan) grouper fish head.

A sample of home made rice wine for us to sample, it was strong and sweet. It requires a period of 100 days in order to achieve a perfect fermentation.

Fried Squid was delicious which you can hardly find other places serving in this manner, really fresh, nice aroma and succulent. This is my most enjoyable dish of the day.

Deep fried pomfrets were crispy and went very well with our drinks.

Chicken cooked with home made rice wine with ginger and soya sauce.

Sambal squid or sotong in hot plate was also delicious but I prefer the earlier one, the deep fried one.

  8. It isn’t always easy to find the best Barramundi importers. This is because so many different food providers give mediocre service at best. However, you can be sure of one thing: while there is a demand for the fish anywhere, someone out there will offer it with the aim of treating their clients right.
