Kedai Kopi Ping Wah @ Paramount - My special Place

This is the shop where I first met my wife during the early 80’s and a place I frequent a lot that time. This is the place where I will always remember and always be a part of my journey. I am glad Ping Wah is still around and going strong.

Fish maw fried with pineapple and spring onions was delicious, the fish maws were firm and succulent.

German pork knuckles a favourite recommendation by Mr. Hoo.

Fried local tofu with thick seafood gravy was also delicious.

This signature dish of finely sliced potatoes fried with lean pork meat is a great home cooked dish. A must try dish of Ping Wah introduced by the late Madam Neoh probably 30 over years back.

Stir fried tapioca leaves.
