The mother of all KL Hokkien Mee is found at this particular shop and masterly prepared by Ah Chay the great Master.
The sambal and chilli for you to go with the noodles.
The ever popular Hokkien Mee (fat yellow noodle fried in dark soya sauce with lots of lard) is simply delicious beyond words. There was a moment of silence when all were too engrossed in the eating of the lovely Hokkien Mee.
Mai Fun Kau Yok (braised pork belly rice noodle) is another wonderful noodle by Ah Chay, the amount of pork provided is very generous and the taste is as good as the Hokkien Mee.
Bak Kee Th’ng (a kind of starch coated pork soup) popularized by the Hokkien community with extra vegetable was also gorgeous.

foodbin - you should give it a try...
My favourite dark so sauce noodles. Possibly they are good with Hokkien Char only.
