Kafe ST Loo Beef Noodle Soup, Penang

My favourite beef soup has shifted from "Bomba" Chulia Street (Lam Ah Coffee Shop) to Carnarvon Street, now she has a shop of her own and congratulation for the successful progression. The Or Chen (fried oyster omelette) stall from the old place has also shifted together with her to this new joint. It looks like there is competition between the Or Chen stalls, there is another popular one just a door away.
A big bowl of mix beef soup for RM10.00 was absolutely yummy, I simply love the taste and I had the whole bowl clean and dry.
As a small boy my late dad introduced this marvelous food to me where we would eat it with plain rice instead of noodles. And until today I still love to eat this way.
I reckon ST Loo is now a Towkay Soh with a decent shop clean and and conducive to eat except maybe car parking as usual would be a slight problem, I got no problem as I am using a bicycle.

Sabah Kampung Beef Noodle is in Town - 家乡牛什 Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap Kota Damansara

From Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to Kota Damansara here comes the beef noodle under the popular flagship of Kah Hiong. Another branch in Klang Valley. I have first tried this beef soup in KK back in 2011. Today we can eat it at Petaling Jaya or at Puteri Puchong.
The "Nga Chup" soup which is a mixed beef soup with a combination of beef meat and its spare parts. The soup is truly awesome coupled with a strong flavour soothing to the taste buds.
You can eat it with this yellow noodle or Beehoon and this is the dry version "Kon Loh".
Some like it with soup like this one which is a Beehoon noodle.

Kah Hiong's new dish - Beef Pau two for RM5.00.
Delicious steamed beef dumpling
The chilli is super duper power hot and interesting, I love it when it's really hot ooh lala!

Beef Noodle @ Lee Fong Yuen Coffee Shop, Desa Jaya

It was very early in the morning we were the first customers to patronised the shop. We took the opportunity to chat with the proprietors and found out that they have been doing the same beef noodle for the last 30 over years. Their business has been very good and obviously it's popular as far as beef noodle is concerned in Klang Valley.

I chose the noodle with soup instead of Kon Loh (dry version) and I enjoyed the noodle and the generous amount of ingredients in the serving. Surely this breakfast was good enough for our morning ride and work shop at FRIM.
Just look at the amount of beef stew here...the aroma from the pot was so tempting and it really makes you hungry.
Another big pot of braised mix beef with radish .... drooling leh...
Our noodles were all set out and ready to be served. What a way to start a Sunday morning before our exercise.

The moment I walked into the coffee shop I saw this pot steaming furiously and I fell for it...
The closer I get to the pot the more anxious I became to savour the stock.
Here came my mixed beef koay teow soup.
Simply delicious for RM8.00 a bowl with very generous ingredients and I enjoyed the soup very much..... finished it till dry dry....
