Kedai Makanan Laut Kebun Kelapa 椰园海鲜 at Pandamaran

The last time I came to this restaurant would probably be at least 20 years ago where coconut trees were still around at this neighbourhood. Now it has transformed into an organised development where the old timber buildings are gone.
Deep fried sotong for a start which was lovely that was nicely cut, fresh and chewy. It surely went well with our whiskey.
Steamed Lala clams (Seong Thong Lala) with ginger and Chinese wine another yummy dish to indulge and enjoy for the evening.
This was the dish Siean Sin wanted to have and here it was the steamed Teochew promfret with bihun, guess this must be the signature dish. Everyone enjoyed it very much.
Steamed fresh water prawns - fresh and juicily tasty.
Steamed red snapper with bean preservative topping
Stir fried Kangkong Belacan simple crunchy and delicious.
Sweet & Sour Crab (甜酸螃蟹) nothing great but palatable.
Fried Bihun with lala clams to fill up the empty corners in our stomach.
The young ones at this table I can see them grow and slowly one by one they get married. All the best in their new chapters.

Yao Yao Ping (Delicious Ice) at Klang

We ride for food all over Klang Valley, this time around in Klang and this was our second stop after a Bak Kut Teh session at Jalan Teluk Pulai.
Besides the popular fried chicken you can find othe interesting food like hot dog, bun, spring roll etc etc..
Freshly deep Klang fried chicken just out from the wok....
I was learning how to serve a delicious blended ice ...what do you want ... cendol flavor or mango, bubur chaha, water melon, pineapple .... I personally love the pineapple and the mango even though I had a brain freeze while having it....mmmmm so so cool!
Nothing like a sweet and delicious blended ice on a hot sunny day and especially after a long ride from home ... it's really good everyone of us simply love it and most of then had double helping.
The Klang Fried Chicken ( KFC ) is juicer, cheaper and bigger then Colenel Sanders' KFC. Thumb up!
I am impressed with the variety of food found here.
Wan Tan Mee is also available here if you are not in the mood for fried stuff.
BBQ Ayam Percik at the front of the shop.
After a refreshing moment at Yao Yao Ping we were ready to head back home. Another 50km away to pedal.

Yong Tat Seafood Restaurant @ Kg. Teluk Gong, Perlabuhan Klang

From Setiawangsa to Yong Tat is a bit far away but for the love of food and for a special occasion I do not mind. Sorry I missed the chance to capture the Lala Fried Bihun it was kind of unique and was delicious, most customers have it on their tables.
Fresh steamed prawns - super juicy and tasty
Steamed fresh La La clams - the clams were meticulously placed on the plate steam with Chinese wine , fine slices of ginger, chilli padi and I tell you you must try this....just don't leave this place without this.
I like this roasted free range (kampung) chicken perfectly roasted crispy on the skin and juicy in the inside...mmmm yummy.
Marmite fried crabs - though the crabs were not really big but they were fresh and the taste was awesome.
Steamed Soon Hong (顺风鱼) fish - simple yet scrumptious.
These baby squids was intriguing, fresh and deliciously chewy.....
Oyster omelette was a disappointment the oysters were too small and it was like mere eating a fried plain egg omelette.
Mushroom was the closest dish for a vegetable selection.
The special occasion was a birthday celebration for Yun Nee & Happy Birthday to her. Thanks for the wonderful & interesting seafood dinner.
