Mango Chili @ Wangsa Walk Mall - Simply Thai

On a Sunday evening and it happened to be Mother’s Day we went for a movie (Iron Man 2) at Wangsa Walk Mall at Wangsa Maju. Before the show it’s makan time. As usual we have to go through a ritual to decide where & what to eat. After walking to almost to the end of the Mall we picked “Mango Chili” for a simple Thai affair.

We started off with this lovely Shrimp Spring Roll (RM3.90)

3 Flavoured Fish – Tilapia (RM9.90) - It was crispy and nice.

This was Jo’s choice of the evening - Stir Fried Glass Noodle with Prawns (RM8.90) and she enjoyed it even though it was a bit "basah" wet.

Pad Thai Koay Teow with Prawns (RM8.90) – My one and delicious one. It was also a bit wet but still good. The no. of prawns came generously. I like to eat it with the raw Taugeh....

Mango Chili Fried Rice (RM8.90) – My youngest boy Master Zuyi loved this food of his.

Shou Yi picked this Combo Set 1 (RM9.90) Green Curry with Plain Rice.

And Pattaya Fried Rice (RM8.90) for Xiang Yi, he finished every single grain of rice on this plate…….

After the dinner, I had the opportunity to claim myself a belated birthday present in the mall. A big “Thank You” to my lovely wife.

The foods at Mango Chili were good & delicious despite the service was much to be desired. If the Management of Coca could probably concentrate on the altitude of the waiters I am sure business can improve further.

The movie was good so was my birthday present. Thank you again Jo.
