It was the seventh day of Chinese New Year, Tuck Cheong was all sold out by 9.30am and the next place I could think of was Restoran Pudu Cafe at the wet market of Pudu.

Yes it still opened with plenty to eat, we managed to grab a table for three and enjoy a pot of Chinese tea with some dim sum.

Lo Mai Kai to share...

The Indonesian lady would be uttering "goreng goreng" dim sum as she moves around the shop with the food.
It was another nice old school dim sum in Kuala Lumpur and the few surviving ones in town.

Restoran Pudu Cafe might sounds western but is's an old school with mostly senior citizens in the shop.

A common sight of daily lives of seniors and how they spend their morning.

It's always packed with regulars and early birds in the wet market.

the runing bill....
