The sons decided to give a treat to their mum and it was a belated birthday dinner treat at Naughty Nuri's at Desa Hartamas Branch. The ambiance is pleasant and lively.
Our friendly waiter recommended us this new salad known as Lavender Crispy Porky Salad with meaty floss on top and array of fruits like longan, pineapple, cucumber, tomatoes and vegetable salad with homemade Lavender fruity dressing.
This is a must try ribs - 1995 Signature BBQ Spare Ribs specially marinated, char grilled, the sauce coated is of sweet taste, the meat is so tender and tasty. It was everyone no.1 favourite. I love the spicy black chilli sauce .... it's awesome.
Satay Lilit is another lovely choice, a BBQ minced meat on lemongrass stick, the flavour is gorgeous.
Grilled Hotdog Platter that comes with two type of sausages, siew yok, dried belly and a little bit of salad. I enjoyed it with my beer.
At last a half piglet of Babi Guling A'La Naughty Nuri's serves with a sugar black sauce, I prefer it with the spicy sauce .......
That was a hefty porky meal for 5 of us. It was good and will be back again.

Sausage and Ribs Shack is popular for their home made sausages and their pork ribs. It is located somewhere at a funny corner of Taman Midah in Cheras.
It was 7.30pm and it was already crowded fortunately we have made a reservation and the table was ready for us. We forgot to bring our wine.
We have only pre-booked the spare ribs and the rest of the dishes were ordered on the spot.
Coral salad with roasted sesame dressing to start with and a good start indeed.
Since it was a dinner to celebrate my birthday, I ordered a Weihenstephen, a dark light beer to go with my porky meal. The wine we supposed to bring along would be better.
Soup of the day was Pumpkin soup with garlic bread, sweet and tasty.
Here is the BBQ Spanish pork spare ribs - full rack, it was obviously looking very enticing and everyone was waiting to mouth it as soon as the camera was kept away.

A plate of mixed home made sausages platter, another great dish and most of us preferred the one of the darkest colour it must be the beef sausage.
Then came the spaghetti Aglio Olio with bacon and mushroom, we shared and like it too.
Two servings of this Portobello mushrooms were placed on the table, another yummy taste of a well cooked mushrooms.
Our second plate of spaghetti was Aglio Olio with tiger prawns, it tasted the same as the previous one except it came with 2 prawns.
I am 58 going 59 next year, there is no stopping the figure will continue to go up and all I wish is that my body will stay healthy so that I can continue to do the things I like to do.

It is located just next to Maybank of SEA Park, Petaling Jaya you will see this striking shop front and it's so porky indeed.
My boys were excited the minute they walked into this shop they simply love eating meat and what more for them when it comes to pork.
I just wanted a taste of everything in this place and a beer to go with the food. O.M.G fried garlic was interesting and it went very well with my beer.
Little did I know that this shop sells mainly sandwiches rather than a variety of pork dishes besides their signature ribs. This was "You Braise Me Up" sandwich - a choice of charcoal bread with sinful fat and lean meat in it that was delicious and awesome.
I enjoyed most with this juicy and tasty ribs. I want more hehehe...
For once I thought Jo brought in some nasi lemak package from outside. This was Rice vice - deep fried pork slices with yummy gravy hidden underneath.

Our Ringgit is shrinking .... pricing for food has become critical in order to stay surviving. A set lunch at RM12.90 sounds reasonable and decent even chap fun could cost you about RM7.00 or more by the time you add in the drinks.
