Royal Selangor Club - ABC Medal 2009

Royal Selangor Club does not have a golf course but we have a Golf Section. This sport section of RSC is very active and organizes many golfing events for its members. ABC Medal 2009 was held at Kelab Rahman Putra Malaysia and the response was good. RSC is known more for its drinking than its sport activities. Such event provides members good time to unwind from their daily works and have good fellowship among the members. The result of the ABC Medal seen at Cub house of Rahman Putra. The mode of play for this game was Stableford. The winners of Wooden Spoon. Fellow members at the bar.

Visit Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur is an ethnically diverse city with well-educated, multicultural, multilingual inhabitants. Even if the official language is Malay, most people speak good English. This is the Independence Square or we called it Dataran Merdeka, a popular tourist spot. The Tudor building is the oldest club in Kuala Lumpur known as the Royal Selangor Club.

Chapatti Shop @ Back Lane Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman has Moved

This no name chapatti shop has moved to a new premise. This place is bigger than the previous but situated at the same back lane of Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. The new location is actually the rear of Kowloon Hotel.
A typical breakfast of RM5.00 of this chapatti with a curry fish and a glass of Nescafe ‘O’. Oil free chapatti good for your health. A very popular chapatti shop in Kuala Lumpur. See my previous posting of their former place here.

People in the Building Industry

This is a good pictorial description of the people in the building industry. So my friends which ever pictures you are supposed to be in, just be reasonable and people will appreciate and treasure your fairness.

Restoran Wong Kwong Chun, Setapak

Restoran Wong Kwong Chun is one of the oldest and surviving restaurants in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. I remember after we finished our Building Technology course in Tunku Abdul Rahaman College in 1981, the whole class had a wonderful dinner here.
This restaurant is located at the main road of Setapak, near the new DUKE highway.
The Chinese fried rice here is fantastic and delicious.
Yam with pork belly, another great and yummy dish,
Claypot pork trotter.
Claypot terrapin......
Beancurds with beans and carrot.
Of course with a bottle of Glenfiddich would make the dinner even better.
