My Wedding Invitation Card

On this night, 8th December in the year 1990 was the night where my wedding dinner was held at Hakka Restaurant (K.L) Sdn Bhd, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Wow! It will be exactly 17 years ago; time really fly.

Golf @ Kelab Rahman Putra Malaysia

This 36-holes golf course that spreads over 279 acres of land is interlaced with some 30 acres of shimmering lakes and reflects golfing experience at its utmost grandeur. Chicken Rice Shop @ Sri Rampai

I must say that this Chicken rice shop is the best in this part of Kuala Lumpur. If you were to come after 9.00am you are likely to join in a long queue before you can get your food. His signature dishes are his roasted chicken and roasted pork His business is so good that by 2.00pm he is done for the day. Go try his food if you are happened to be in this neighborhood

Sri Rampai Wet Market

One of my typical weekend morning activities is going to “pasar” and usually it is either Sri Rampai Market or Air Panas Market. Sri Rampai market is just a mere 150 metres long market along a public road with stalls on both sides and comparing to Air Panas Market where it is a properly planned and built market by the Authority.

This fish monger does not have a proper stall, his brisk business is just on the road side.

Wan Ton Mee @ Taman Perindustrian KIP, KL

Two doors away from my client’s office in Taman Perindustrian KIP (next to Sri Damansara), there is this popular noodle shop by the name of “Pei Fook”.

Over here the popular dishes are their wan ton noodles, their breads serve either toast or steam and of course their half boiled eggs.

My choice for breakfeast was this dry noodle with roasted pork.
Additional order of 2 half boiled eggs served in this manner, D.I.Y.

You got to wait for about 5 minutes before you break your eggs.



Good old protein provider with a pinch of pepper and soya sauce. It is damn delicious. My all time favourite, EGGS.

Prawn Mee @ Kelana Jaya

On my way back from Putrajaya I decided to stop by at Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya for Penang Prawn Mee. This was my second attempt at this stall. This coffee shop is just located along LDP (Lebuhraya Damansara – Puchong) with the name of “Restoran Lin”.


Regular size - RM3.80 per bowl ; Big bowl – RM4.80

MyKad Application - Xiang Yi

Coincidently I went back home for lunch today and Xiang Yi wanted to apply his first MyKad after reaching the age of 12. We decided to go to the nearest JPN Wangsa Maju Branch for the application which is in Sri Rampai.

We reached there nearly about 3.00pm, by 3.45pm we were done (inclusive of photo stating of IC and Birth Certificate nearby). I was impressed by the efficient service rendered by JPN. Keep it up, JPN!
