Bungalows & Semi Detached @ Eco Park, Klang

We have completed building 64 Semi Detached Houses and 21 Bungalows at Eco Park, Setia Alam, Klang.
It is no easy process in this business of construction with the high expectation from the clients and house buyers. Nowadays, houses purchasers are very well educated and expecting very high quality of the houses.
We have to pay a lot of money for rectification works and at times the back charges imposed by the Developer are not fair at all. They have pampered the houses purchasers to the extreme and at the expense of the poor Builder.
For instance, the roof leaking at the car porch was re-constructed and touch-up and yet is still leaks. Today we meet up with the roof tile supplier and diagnose the case and found the followings:-
1. The design of the roof for the porch was not designed in accordance to the required recommendation (the pitch of the roof).
2. the water discharge from the rainwater downpipe on the roof allowing water to gush in between the roof tiles & leaks.
Tiles where located above the water discharge of the rainwater downpipe with heavy water stain indicating the severe water going the the lapping of the roof tiles. As compared to other tiles with very light water stain at other area of the roof.

Tunku Tan Sri Imran Trophy

Royal Selangor Club’s Tunku Tan Sri Imran Trophy is a yearly golf event and it is one of the most popular events organized by the Golf Section. Most importantly, this event has been continuously sponsored by Mr.Paul Chuah and Mr.David Watson and hope that both of them will continue to do so as long as they are around.

Despite recovering from his knee surgery, Tunku is seen going all over the golf course and sang several numbers during the karaoke session.

This year event was held at Kajang Golf & Country Club. Such a lovely golf course and very popular among Japanese golf enthusiasts.My friendly opponents, Jeff Hoh & Tony Chang Ah Tee.

Buggy is allowed on the fairway.
Dinner was held back at RSC, Dataran.
Indian buffet dinner.
Lot of prizes were given out to participants

Company Bowling Competition @ One Utama, P.J.

Once a year we will have this Bowling Competition for the staff and management of the entire group . This was held at One Utama, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya. And we are the champ for this year 2008.... Reward is RM300.00 (My partners Phum Ang Kia & Tony Phum were the main contributors for the win)

Ulu Yam Loh Mee @ Danau Kota, Setapak

Since the opening of this food outlet few years back in Setapak, this is the first visit for Jo, Xiang & Zuyi.

We started of with the popular “Sai Toh” fish bar / cake. It was good till we ordered for another bar.
Then came the black mee I mean the Hokkien Mee. The mee used here is not the fat type. Taste wise, nothing spectacular but okay lah.
The Ulu Yam Loh Mee came next, my eating mates do not like it, I had to contract most of it…. It is because of the pungent vinegar taste that they are not used to it.
Cantonese fried kuay teow, all time favourite for the boys.
It is funny most of the tables in the shop ordered the fried rice. We tried too and the boys loved it.
We added another order of “Far Kin” something like Penang Lobak, and it was a good choice.
The shop has moved from the corner unit to two doors away next to a Bak Kut Teh shop.
