It is no easy process in this business of construction with the high expectation from the clients and house buyers. Nowadays, houses purchasers are very well educated and expecting very high quality of the houses.
We have to pay a lot of money for rectification works and at times the back charges imposed by the Developer are not fair at all. They have pampered the houses purchasers to the extreme and at the expense of the poor Builder.
For instance, the roof leaking at the car porch was re-constructed and touch-up and yet is still leaks. Today we meet up with the roof tile supplier and diagnose the case and found the followings:-
1. The design of the roof for the porch was not designed in accordance to the required recommendation (the pitch of the roof).
2. the water discharge from the rainwater downpipe on the roof allowing water to gush in between the roof tiles & leaks.
Tiles where located above the water discharge of the rainwater downpipe with heavy water stain indicating the severe water going the the lapping of the roof tiles. As compared to other tiles with very light water stain at other area of the roof.
