Kedai Makanan SINKI @ Dengkil

It has been a while since I last visited Sinki, I used to patron it during the time when we were executing building contacts in Putrajaya and Dengkil is one of the few places closest to Putrajaya where we can eat non-halal food.

After a good ride at Putrajaya lakeside a few of us were gamed for a good lunch at Dengkil and I was glad that the group decided this eating house because I like the food here.

The signature fried fish coated with chill sauce gravy must try leh....

Wow!!! big fresh water prawns so enticing, fresh and tender.

RM148.00 for these 7 prawns....good but costly...once in a blue moon it's okay and for a good experience and a marvellous taste of big prawns.

Steamed Jelly chicken

I like this Paku veggie stir fired with belacan crunchy and not sappy at all. Lovely.

In deed it was a good lunch and a word of advice if you do want to pay too much for the meal then avoid ordering prawns.

This 70+ years old uncle has been selling these pau for more than 20 over years.

Some of us went over to the next shop next door and bought some "pau" back. Someone told me that the original pau maker is actually somewhere opposite this place, I have yet to confirm this.

Our first time visiting this outlet and we like it and will come back again.

I love soup....

Especially herbal soup that is clear & plain .... so refreshing indeed.

Another chicken herbal soup in coconut equally good and interesting.

Cod fish in clay pot was good and yummy.

Pork rib with sweet sauce.

Big bean curd topped with a coat of tasty ingredients that makes it so complete for a tofu dish.

Stir fried crunchy Baby Pak Choy garnished with crispy anchovies.

Deep fried pork belly thinly slice with lovely crisp at the outer layer and tenderness in the inner layer.

CNY - Ride to Serendah Waterfall from Rawang

30 cyclists and mostly folding bicycles celebrating the 7th day of Chinese New Year by cycling from Rawang to Serendah Waterfall and the trip was awesome. Well Done Cik Gu SC Chin for a fantastic planning and successful event. We want more.

 We gathered at Tesco Rawang early in the morning and there were two cyclists waiting at the Commuter train station to join the group.

The usage of main & busy roads was to the minimum unless it was unavoidable.

Bubbling Yellow Man (Larry) from Penang came to join the fun and he is such a playful guy.

This was the time we have no choice but to use the trunk road (not too long) and it was not that bad after all.

The small town of Serendah was shocked for a moment as we passed by at least we made them smile and brought colour to them.

It has been fun for me during this Watery Chinese New Year. Cycle cycle & cycle.

 Going through the Orang Asli Settlement was so refreshing.

Anne had a chance to taste a bit of off road riding

We rode a little further for a better spot and obviously it was worth the while to visit the upper stream.

We spent a fair bit of time enjoying the fun at the waterfall ... let strip and get into the water.

A sneak into Sekeping Serendah Resort.

Quiet with only the sound of nature, what a lovely place to get away from the bustling city .

We were fortunate to met the creator of this master piece.

Some intruded into the privacy of the guest ....hello be considerate next time.

Bye bye Sekeping next time we will stay a night and enjoy to the max.

The best Leng Chee Kang in town ... cheap & good. Must try !!!!
