A stew taufu (beancurd) RM3.00 - thick enough to slice into two piece it was delicious indeed.

Eating porridge is no longer a cheap concern. In the olden days the Chinese coolie could only afford to eat porridge during their lunch break. They would be squatting on wooden bench in front of the seller's stall and enjoying their lunch.
Today such simple lunch could be found in Restoran Pakka but the price is not cheap because the rental would be probably RM8,000.00 per month.
But I like Pakka Teo Chew Porridge, the place is new, clean and the food is delicious.I will come back again.
