Originally Ka Soh (家嫂) used to operate opposite Ritz Carlton Hotel at Jalan Bukit Bintang but have moved to Jalan Delima and a branch at Damanasara Heights. In actual fact Ka Soh was made popular in Singapore many many back.
Fishhead Noodles (鱼头米粉) is the most popular dish in this place and a must try dish. The milky soup is actually not made of milk but finely grind fish bones. The soup is awesome.
The Toman fish fillet is fresh, tender and delicious and rice noodle is fatter than the ordinary beehoon.
Toman fish congee is equally gorgeous.
and a truly Cantonese cuisine.
The fragrant of the fried ginger (finely sliced) was so distinguish and couple with delicious bite of deep fried frog legs which makes the food so perfect for our beer.
A supposedly wonderful dish for beer drinking deep fried pig intestines. It was too crispy I guess this round it was over fried.
We must be drinking a fair bit of beer; most of the dishes ordered were to supplement the drink. Deep fried thick slices of pork belly.
Prawn Paste Fried Chicken (虾酱鸡) marinated with special prawn paste, another signature dish of Ka Soh.
At lastly a steam fish head “Song Yee Tau”.
