Remember OTS Restaurant at Bukit Tinggi Village, Pahang.

Yes that is the name of the restaurant “Remember OTS Restaurant” and I am back again to this shop and my last visit to this place was probably a year ago, see HERE. There are so many eating shops now in this village and it is always better to partonise one that you are familiar.
Fried Udon noodle was delicious not oily and a great choice to satisfy our appetite. And a simple fried rice of Remember OTS.
Stir fried Sweet potato leaves & “Thian Chart” a slimy & succulent vegetable which is a locally grown veggie in this village.
Poached Kampung (village) chicken was delicious though the meat was slightly tough. This lovely ginger sauce went very well with the chicken meat.
“Lim Yee” or known as Tapah Fish, a river fish normally big in size and meaty. We had a Tapah fish head cooked in hot clay pot. There were lots of meat and jelly like cartilage in the pot.
Yummy stewed Pork belly with alternate slices of yam and White Tofu with small dried shrimps on top.
At last a sweet Hawaiian Solo papaya to complete our makan at Bukit Tinggi Village.

Deepavali Golf at Bukit Tinggi Resort, Bentong Pahang

Not too far away from Kuala Lumpur, we have a beautiful golf course set in the tropical forest on a highland and ideally with a cooling atmosphere for a golf haven. It was a Deepavali mood and the four of us paid a tribute to Berjaya Hills. From left is Chiam, Brandon, myself & Seng Kok.

You can see the French Village of Bukit Tinggi called Colmar Tropicale on the other side of the hills. The day was blessed with a breezy & cooling weather.
My partner for the day, Mr. Brandon was executing a tremendous drive just as seen in the television……

A Reluctant Hair Cut Near an Approaching Long School Holiday

Zu Yi after his hair cut @ Kwik Cut with his brother Xiang Yi.
That was a quick RM13.00 hair cut.
Front view – Before & After.
Side View – Before & After.
Rear View - Before & After.
A leading express hair cut chain store in Malaysia for the whole family, Kwik Cut provides speedy, hygienic and clean service at your convenience. Each haircut is priced at an affordable RM13.

There are at least 25 outlets in Klang Valley and my son wanted to cut here instead of the conventional Indian Barber shop near our house. And cost wise is RM13 instead of RM6.00. Kids today are different from our times.

Bonda Thai Food Centre @ FRIM, Kepong

It was after a site meeting, everyone was hungry and a suggestion to visit a Thai Restaurant at Kepong. And here we were at Bonda Thai Foodcentre, Taman Daya (Kepong).

While waiting for the food to come we tried the mixed fruits with assam sauce. It was sourish but sweet yet very appetizing. I like it very much.

Nothing fancy just a simple stir fried Kailan Veggie.
Egg Omelet – everyone loves to eat this without fear and worry.

Steamed Fish (Kengsom)– A Thai version of assam pedas spicy, sourish & tangy. I enjoyed the gravy and the pineapples.

Kerabu perut – You either like it or you just stay away from it. It was a sourish salad with poached cow’s stomach.

Steam fish with lime with copped garlic was another delicious Thai cuisine.

And a commonly seen Tomyam soup with mixed ingredients – spicy & good.
