The Nest B&B is located at Sirimangkalajam Soi 5, Suthep, Muang Chiangmai. It is near Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel and Central Kad Suan Kaew. I find it very unique and a place just like home in Chiangmai. I would recommend to friends to stay here whenever they are in Chiangmai for holidays or business. 
The breakfast is simple but who cares, it helps to reserve your stomach for other food adventures outside the Nest as Chiangmai has got lots of food to try. 
We had our breakfast outside the house.
