It was a late dinner and as usual it was after much deliberation, we decided to have satay for dinner and ended up at Sri Melaka. The place was crowded and service was slightly slow, the operator could have easily improved it. Just imagine our drinks only came mid way after all our foods. Something has to be done on the Drink Department!! slow leh.......
Zuyi opted for a Malay Fried Kuay Teow and XiangYi for a plate of Malay Fried Rice. This Laksa Utara was my choice and it was good. The satays were delicious, chunky and juicy. No wonder this stall is crowded with people. The satay and peanut gravy were slightly oily. Leng Chee Kang was nice even though it was too sweet. The going rates at this place @ AU5 next to Esso and Petronas gas stations.
Men at work, note the lenghty BBQ pit.
