As promised, these are the images I have forgotten to capture during my last visit as I was totally engrossed in eating the Wan Tan Mee.
The Char Siew is not pre-sliced, Mr. Hainan will slice the Char Siew individually and quite generous with it, His slices are thick.
We "Kah" or asked for extra lovely Wantan .......
Enjoy your Wan Tan Mee. Every plate is carefully prepared by Mr. Hainan, you will know what I meant if you observe him at work.
