Mr. Lim or popularly known as Ah Lam the chef cum boss of this place. He is well known for his unique creation of dishes that attract his regular customers.
Dishes like Lam Lam fried meehon, Pumpkin stir-fried with salted egg yolk and curry leaf, brinjal stir-fried with snow pea shoot., ter prawn baked with fish sauce, Monk Jumps Over the Wall and chicken wing stuffed with shark’s fin are popular dishes in this place.
But we ordered other dishes to sample what Lam can offer:-
First came the unique fried rice with bitter gourd and green pepper.
Then came, fried chicken with fish paste.
Steamed fish head with kow yoke (braised pork) something different.
Creamy big prawns.
Sea cucumber with veges.All were delicious and satisfying. Will go for others in the future.
