This was a disappointment! RM70.00 for this “Kam Heong fried Lim Yee” fish head. It was salty and hardly felt the taste of a good “Lim Yee”. Even the look of the dish isn't appealing at all.
Another salty fried seafood noodle, what's happening to the Chef.....
If you notice at the aquariums the word “Empurau” or in Chinese “Wong Pu Liao” apparently, this is the most expensive fish among all fresh water fishes it is around RM1, 000.00 per kg. They do not call this fish the King of Fresh water fish for nothing. If you have the extra dough then go try it, meanwhile I will start saving for “Empurau”…..

Live Empurau fish can get cheaper at Rm750/kg at Restaurant Empurau, Kuchai Lama.
