This is our second indulgence with Restoran Brother Yat for a reason.
It was dark and deserted at this part of Subang Jaya, it is an industrial area, factories everywhere in this area and Restoran Brother Yat is actually housed in a factory building.
Our pack of 5 litres African red wine, we were skeptical about it initially but turned out to be a lovely wine to drink.
A glass of beer to flavour the prawns in the sauna, it was really a steamy affair when the beer was poured into the sauna.
Sauna prawns was the highlight of the dinner, it was a delicious dish and the prawns were tasty, fresh and juicy.
Green curry fish head was delicious and appetizing, the young ones ate a lot of rice with it.
Marmite pork ribs another meaty dish on the table.
Tong Po meat did not look attractive but tasted alright.
Tow Fu Kan was slightly below the grade.
Mantis prawns deep fried with salted eggs was a perfect match for our African red wine.
Steamed Tilapia fish has passed the mark as a good dish.
Delicious poached village chicken.
It was a dinner to celebrate my father in laws’ Birthday together with Khek Tjian (back home for a holiday from Scotland) and also with Sean Sin & family from Singapore. Irrespective young or old we have gathered and united, our young ones have grown up and it was for everyone to meet up, eat and enjoy the wonderful evening at Restoran Brother Yat.

Food OK lor! Have u tried rest F4 just across d road only? Their infamous Chan Sau Lin steamed talapia Fish, salted egg yolk sotong, curry fish head, pork chop etc..etc...Food is good n Price also resonable lol.
