A Dinner to celebrate Mother's Day @ Restoran Chow Yang SS2, PJ

It’s Mother’s Day and something had to be done in the commercial name of Mother’s day. The sisters of my wife summoned everyone to gather at one of the homes in SS2 and will decide where to eat for the sake of this M day. We were here at Restoran Chow Yang, SS2 Petaling Jaya to celebrate this special day, a good decision indeed, just a stroll away.

Chow Yang Special Home Made Tofu with crispy skin was awesome.
Pork belly slices with salted fish & dry chilli in clay pot was perfectly cooked with the right taste.
Braised pork ribs for the Young ones looks good but no chance to try it, Should be yummy.

Delicious duck of Chow Yang with crispy skin and tender meat was a good pick.

Pumpkin fries with sinful salted egg, making the chip so delicious.

Curry Tilapia Fish was everybody’s favourites, the curry was thick and had to be eaten with rice and more rice.

Steamed Tilapia fish with “Cheong Cheng” a special sauce for the next table.

We enjoyed the dinner very much, it was sponsored by Evelyn Tan and she will be leaving for San Diego on Monday. Thank You, Bon Voyage and have a good time in the States.

What a good spread, offering something different from the usual. I like the sound of pumpkin fritters and curry tilapia!
