Dragon City - Another Bukit Tinggi Invasion in Rampai Business Park

We have discovered another Bukit Tinggi food invasion in Rampai Business Park and this time it is “Restoran Dragon City”. This place is not that elaborate as “Canton Kitchen” but a simple & compact dining place in Sri Rampai though there were traces of cooking smell from the kitchen at the rear. This was our dinner on a Sunday evening.

Steamed Tilapia fish (RM24.00) a simple dish yet delicious and smells good with the soya sauce found in this dish. I like it very much.

Stir fried Chinese Lettuce (RM7.00) was fresh, good & crunchy.

Pork belly in slices with salted fish cooked in clay pot (RM13.00) was averagely alright and passed my liking.

Chicken meat with ginger slices (RM13.00) cooked with sesame oil was a disappointment, most of the chicken meat came with fatty skin & ribs. The taste was also flat………..(room for improvement here!!)

I guess this Tofu (RM12.00) is special, I meant the presentation in lotus leaf & basket it looks really interesting. My sons enjoyed it and monopolized most of it. Sorry Daddy this is ours…..

Here you see a granny playing with her grandson while waiting for the dinner to be served.

Dragon City is correlated with Restoran Makanan Laut Loong Sing of Kampong Bukit Tinggi, Pahang in terms of ownership and food. Hence there is no question of authentic Bukit Tinggi Village food in Sri Rampai.
Rampai Business Park is a new image of Setapak and more of these contemporary images are sprouting in this suburb of Kuala Lumpur.

The pricing is found to be reasonable and acceptable.
