It was time to bring the family for a dinner over the weekend. Jo suggested Laomazis and no one objected so we went for the kill.
Crispy Char Siew 脆叉烧 – Another favourite dish of my younger sons.
Smoked Pork Belly 燻花肉 – This dish has been a all time favourite and there is no question about it.
ChinCai Steam 招牌蒸 – we ordered a Patin fish instead of the usual black tilapia fish. Everyone loves this Chin Cai steamed fish (“chin cai” in Hokkien means “simply” though simply steamd but it was very yummy). Please try their Chincai steamed fishes you will love them.
Mushroom Tao Foo 三菇豆腐 – My sons loves tofu whatever tofu they would love it but not the mushroom.
And the old folks take more green veggie for whatever reason.
