Seafood @ Kuala Selangor

Our journey back to Kuala Lumpur was on the usual coastal route and headed straight to Kuala Selangor for seafood again. We had to turn somewhere right of the coastal road (before Kuala Selangor town) into palm oil plantation and arriving at the fishing village. There are so many restaurants in this village and chose this restaurant called Kedai Makanan Laut Hai Ung. Nice atmosphere and nice food, this time our selections were Bamboo mussel. Ginger chicken with rice wine. Poached fresh prawns, Salad prawns, Sweet and sour crab. Assam steamed fish. Kam Poh fried baby squids.

We bought some fresh pomfrets, prawns, fish balls and yong tau foo from a shop next to this eatery shop. Typical fishing boats at the river mouth of Kuala Selangor just next the the restaurant.
