Instead of ordering seafood noodles, we opted for kampong (village) chicken rice, braised pork cuisine and a seafood soup. This shop is located at the main road of Genting Klang Road opposite the Setapak Golf Driving Range and relatively a new outlet. At the front portion of the shop you can see a severy counter with display of fresh seafood for you to pick.
The braised cuisine was so attractive that we had to order the moment we step our feet into the shop, so a plate of braised egg, tofu and intestine was already on the order list.
Poached village chicken (half bird) - it was delicious and juicy. The sauce for the chicken is a must for this dish.
Bitter gourd soup with fish fillet and fish balls was also good and appetising .
And lastly a bowl of braised pork trotter was also ordered, too tempting not to order. There goes our initial plan to order seafood noodle. It was good no regret about it.
We will come again for their sefood noodles and salted fried prawns (looks good on the picture).
