Pork Noodle in Penang on Day 3 @ Seng Thor Coffee Shop

I have come across a few blogs on this place, Seng Thor Coffee Shop @ Carnarvon / Kimberley Street on its popular Koay Teow Th’ng. This is my first time here and it was an early Sunday morning, car parking was easy. I think the koay Teow Th'ng here has been over rated.
The old couple selling at this stall is what we in Kuala Lumpur called Pork Noodle and not Koay Teow Th’ng. But this pork noodle comes with fish balls.

My bowl of pork noodle (Koay Teow) was delicious except the fish balls were a disappointment, it was soft with no springiness in them.

My mother chose a bowl of rice noodle (Beehoon) instead of Koay Teow and that meat stuff is a no to her..

There are better places for koay teow th'ng in Penang. The one opposite Seng Thor coffee shop at Carnarvon Street is so much better. Will look out for the name of the coffee shop for you next time.

Would appreciate if you can give the name when you have it. I love Pork Noodle.
