Restoran Pik Wah 碧华楼酒家 @ MABA House, KL

Once upon a time Pik Wah Restaurant used to operate at Jaya Supermarket (Section 14 Petaling Jaya) before it was taken over by Oriental and now the building of Jaya Supermarket is defunct and in the midst of vanishing for re-development.

Restoran Pik Wah has also been in business for a long time at MABA (Malaysia Basketball Association) House located somewhere at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur Chinatown.

A chunk of Braised Pork cut into pieces and served with a loaf of bun. It was delicious, nice and tender.

The Bun & Chicken cooked with rice wine and served in a clay pot was also good. The chicken meat was fresh and tasty.

Fried soft Tofu cubes topped with minced meat gravy was another awesome dish for everyone.
Deep Fried Fish de Pattaya style and the fish was a red tilapia. An interesting dish with a sweet and sour taste, the fried tilapia was garnished with lot of fresh shallot, crispy dry cuttlefish and lovely mint leaves.

Crunchy Yeaw Mark veggie with sliced garlic was a right choice.

And lastly a perfect dessert to complete the meal, Longan with jelly weed was gorgeous. What a wonderful dinner.
