It is a rare opportunity to have a home cooked meal at home especially for breakfast. Whenever Mum is in town we will be blessed with her cooking and my boys will benefit the most.
Here is a typical home breakfast of ours.
A mug of freshly mix fruit juice consisting of apple, orange & carrot is a good start.
Stir fried broccoli with dry tofu and carrot.
This salted fish which I have to avoid for health reason.
Same goes for this salted vegetable.
Simple yet delicious soy scrambled egg.
Fried Ma Yeaw Yee with fried ginger topping.
Rice is a common staple food in Malaysia as in most countires in our neighbouring region. Rice cooked with lot of water we will get porridge.
