PhongPhang Seafood by the seaside @ Phuket

Our driver took us to a seaside for a popular seafood treat and the place is known as “PhongPhang Seafood".

It was breezy with beautiful scenery of fishing boats at the seaside.

Delicious Tom Yum soup of Phuket....
This is Otak Otak from Phuket, fresh & yummy.

And this is how it looks like from the inside of the Otak Otak. I like it.

The ever favourite salad called Som Tum.

We never failed to order this dish, Morning Glory. The "kangkong" is slightly different from ours in Malaysia. Over here this veggie got more form.

Fried beef strips were slightly tough but chewy and went very well with the local beer Singha Beer.

Another interesting dish of fried Soft Crabs. It was fluffy and tasty.

German Pork Knuckle served in Siamese way. Crispy on the outside and tender in the inside.

Phuket Factoy Outlet Stores was our last destination before we board AirAsia for home. A buddy commented that such design of this factory outlet is not suitable for tropical countries as the weather is not conducive for shoppers and I tend to agree with it.

Watch out for one that will be at Kulai, Johor in the near future. Right now it is still on the drawing broad....& that will be the first in Malaysia.
