Bitter Gourd Cantonese Fried Hor Fun @ Ayer Panas Food Court

It was a Sunday morning and after our marketing chore at Ayer Panas wet market, we went to the nearby old Food Court of Ayer Panas @ this stall “Ching Kee” (only written in Chinese) for my wife’s favourite Bitter Gourd Cantonese Fried Hor Fun.
She claimed that this marvel is the best in the world.

What a way to start our meal of the today with this marvel Bitter Gourd Cantonese Fried Hor Fun... really satisfying!

These are the chopsticks & other tools that you need when you eat at the stall.

Strong and friendly Aunty is packing her yummy carrot cake for us at a stall next to Ching Kee.

This is the stall of Aunty, she sells Pork Porridge beside her carrot cake.
We overheard (a good tip) from another elderly woman stating that the best portion of the carrot cake is all at the perimeter of the tray and not the center portion of the tray.
It looks simple & plain but it's delicious….
