Restoran Wong Kee @ Ipoh Road / Kangsar Road

It was raining and time for dinner, Harry Chan brought me and Mok to this place for a special Loh Mee. It is just located behind a row of shop houses along Ipoh Road and junction to Jalan Kangsar.

We started with the Crab Loh Mee as acclaimed by Harry to be very good (mind you, he does not normally like Loh Mee but he loves this one).

I agree with Harry that this crab Loh Mee is yummy. The Loh Mee comes with crab meat, mushroom, a bit of wine and you add a few drops of vinegear making this dish very delicious and worth a try. A must try for those who love Loh Mee.

Pork Intestines ( Sang Cheong in Cantonese ) fried with dried shrimps.

A claypot of fresh fish head soup with ginger and chilli padi. Another gorgeous dish.

This plate of plain Beehoon is supposed to be eaten together with the fish head soup but it was untouched, already too much carbohydrate for us for the evening.

Fish head with clear ginger soup. Wow. And chewy "San Cheong". Hard to find.
